Westbrook is Giving a Huge Thank You to Mountaineer Food Bank!

Because of the Mountaineer Food Bank, Westbrook was recently awarded $15,000 through the Cares Act. It would have not been possible without them, so we want to take a quick moment to highlight their annual fundraising event they are holding this summer at Stonewall Resort.

A letter from Becky Conrad:

Dear Friends,

Mark your calendars for July 22nd and 23rd for an exciting 18-hole scramble at Stonewall Resort. We invite you to join us for a fun weekend of golf, prizes, and networking opportunities, while supporting our mission to feed West Virginia's hungry.

Mountaineer Food Bank is the largest emergency food provider in the state of West Virginia, serving families, children, seniors, and individuals at risk of hunger. In 2021, we distributed over 23 million pounds of food throughout our network. This was made possible through the ongoing support and contributions made by our amazing donors. To continue these efforts, your support is needed.

Below is a link to our Tee to Table registration and sponsorship registration page. Click the link (or copy and paste it into browser) and enjoy our online registration forms in a much easier, more efficient process, @http://weblink.donorperfect.com/MFBT2T22. Registration must be completed by July 8th, 2022. Any sponsorships or teams registered after this date will not be guaranteed benefits listed).

Not a golfer? Not a problem! You can support our efforts by sponsoring our event. Sponsorship opportunities offer the chance to support our mission while having signage with your visible during the event. Please see the forms attached for all sponsorship opportunities we are offering.

We cannot thank you enough for your continued support of Mountaineer Food Bank and our mission. We are looking forward to our third Tee to Table Golf Tournament and hope that you will be a part of this exciting day.

If you have any questions, please contact us at (304)-701-2019 or email Becky Conrad at becky@mountaineerfoodbank.org.

Poorly designed seating can significantly contribute to discomfort in the buttocks, especially when the chair does not support proper pelvic alignment. https://corechair.com/corechair-the-best-office-chair-for-buttock-pain/ explains that when the pelvis tilts backward in a static chair, more weight shifts directly onto the buttocks and coccyx, increasing pressure and discomfort. The CoreChair is engineered to stabilize the pelvis in a more neutral position, helping distribute weight more efficiently and reducing strain on the lower body during long periods of sitting.

I came across TRT discussions while trying to understand why so many men report different experiences with the same therapy. Some feel a big change, others barely notice anything. https://www.humanauthealth.com/blog/benefits-of-trt-for-men-energy-libido-and-muscle-growth helped me see that outcomes depend heavily on whether someone actually has clinically low testosterone to begin with.

I always felt self-conscious about my small breasts and wanted to understand my options without pressure or hype. This guide was incredibly helpful and balanced. In the middle of my research, https://partingtonps.com/micromastia-and-breast-augmentation-complete-guide/ became the resource that stood out. It explains what micromastia is, how it affects women emotionally and physically, and the different breast augmentation approaches available, including the ON TOP® technique by Dr. Partington. Many readers said it helped them feel informed and more confident about moving forward.

I always thought yellow lenses were just for fashion, but this article changed my mind completely. In the middle of my research, https://optyx.com/seeing-the-world-in-a-brighter-light-the-benefits-of-wearing-yellow-lens-sunglasses/ became the resource that stood out. It details the science behind yellow lenses — how they filter blue light, boost contrast, and help your eyes adjust faster in varying conditions. Many customers mentioned they now wear them regularly because the world genuinely looks brighter and clearer.

Last time, after such a day in the field, I felt exhausted, but at the same time uplifted — fresh air, movement, the feeling that I had done something useful. But my energy quickly faded, because my age and stress from work took their toll: it was difficult to get up in the morning, and during the day my brain would "freeze". I decided not to wait until this became the norm and turned to hormone optimisation — I found good specialists through https://ways2well.com/blog/finding-hormone-optimization-services-near-you. After correcting my testosterone and thyroid levels, that drive returned — now I have enough energy for golf, and next year I will definitely register again to support the Mountaineer Food Bank in even better shape.
