Join us this year on May 3rd for Westbrook's Give Local MOV campaign!

Westbrook Health Services, Inc. is dedicating the funds raised from the campaign to our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. The ACT program helps people with serious mental illness, who have frequent psychiatric hospitalizations, find stability in the community. ACT staff provide direct assistance to meet basic needs and improve social, family and community functioning.
This assistance includes supporting individuals in understanding and dealing with mental illness, accompanying individuals to medical appointments to ensure healthcare instructions are understood, reinforcing positive abilities (from creative to intellectual), locating housing, helping with grocery shopping and food sourcing.
Join us and support Westbrook so we can continue to help some of the most vulnerable individuals in our community find stability and inclusion. The professionals at Westbrook believe in promoting the well-being of individuals and families struggling with a wide range of challenges.
